ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences Travel Grants

“Each year, the College of Arts & Social Sciences may award up to seven awards to be known as the College of Arts & Social Sciences Travel Grant. The objectives of the award is to facilitate student exchanges and study abroad experiences for members of the College community.  Each year, two students will be funded to travel to both Kings College, London and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, one student will be funded to travel to Indiana University, USA, and the remaining award will be offered to students planning to go on exchange under the general Global Programs schemes and strengthen College ties with these Universities.”

Vice-Chancellor’s coursework travel grants

"The Vice-Chancellor provides funding through ANU Global Programs to assist coursework students who meet specified criteria to facilitate learning abroad, enrich their academic experience and enable them to undertake approved periods of overseas short-term and semester study."

Asia and the Pacific Travel Grant

"The grant will assist current students of the ANU College of Asia and Pacific to undertake research or study for which they will benefit from travel to Asia or the Pacific. The aim of this grant is to promote the study of Asia and the Pacific"

Taplin Indigenous Bursary for International Education

The Taplin Indigenous Bursary for International Education has been established by Emeritus Professor John Taplin to support the expenses of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students or staff involving engagement with other First-Nations peoples overseas.

Scholarships at the University of Adelaide

The University offers scholarships to undergraduate and postgraduate students. These scholarships, as well as many others funded by industry and non-profit organisations, are available to potential and currently enrolled students.

La Trobe University Mobility Grants

La Trobe University students participating in an overseas activity, may be eligible for a Mobility Grant. Due to a change in participation rates, mobility grants for 2018 have been adjusted to ensure as many students as possible will be funded. Mobility grant availability is always conditional on University budget approval processes.
