The Global Society is made up of a team of overseas study and exchange professionals.
Rob Malicki is passionate about overseas study and the way that it transforms young people. His mission, since his own student exchange in 2000, has been to help more young Australians make the most out of their own overseas study experiences. With over 15 years of experience, he is one of Australia's leading experts and commentators in the 'outbound mobility' of Australian uni students.
Marine has worked in the international education industry for over a decade and has provided over 4000 Australians the chance to study overseas on short programs, through the establishment of AIM Overseas - a third party provider of short customised programs.
Today Marine is also a Director of The Global Society and provides strategic direction to the team.
Natalie has been working with The Global Society since it was started in the beginning of 2015. Before this Natalie worked at AIM Overseas, a third party provider of short overseas programs, to help students prepare to undertake overseas study.
Natalie studied Marketing and International Studies at university, and while studying undertook two short programs overseas, the first to Spain (to study Spanish) and the second to Portugal (to take part in a simulated marketing course).
Today Natalie works with Australian university partners to facilitate memberships and work on resources to further the goals of the company. She also continues to work on her Spanish as much as possible, with the goal of one day being fluent!

Heather started with The Global Society in August 2015. She completed a semester exchange at Western Washington University in the USA, whilst also undertaking two overseas work experience positions in newspaper journalism and public relations for local community organisations. It was these experiences which developed her interest in working within the study overseas industry, with the hope that she can have further experiences to become a more active global citizen.
